Our service aims to reach out and engage with all employees within the company, not just those that join the gym. We communicate our health awareness message and promote physical activity to all employees.

We run our own Speedy Boxfit Class at your workplace Gym, all gloves and pads will be provided. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and is a great stress reliver.

The class is structured to be the perfect lunch break workout for all staff members.
